After 3 long years I am finally done working at my job! Woohoo!! although it has been fun, and I've met a ton of amazing people, I'm happy to be done. This past year has been pretty hard, and somedays I just couldn't take it, but every day around 9:20 there was one customer who would come through the drive thru and order the same thing: a large double double and a carrot muffin.
Now I have known this customer for a couple years, actually I just knew his name and what he looked like, but that was about it. Everyday he would ask how I was and after he paid he would tell me to have a beautiful day and God bless. I looked forward to seeing him come through the drive thru so I could be told to have a beautiful day, and the days he didn't come just felt empty. Today on my last day of work, he came. He ordered his meal, came to the window and instead of us having our usual conversation he seemed to really try to get to know me. He looked at my name tag and saw that it said "shift manager" then he asked me how I liked working there. I told him it was alright but today was my last day. He then asked me what I was going to do for the summer. I told him I would be working at SABC. The first words out of his mouth were "oh! so you love Jesus" I excitedly said yes! Then he asked what I was doing after summer, I told him I was going to Capernwray in England. He seemed even more shocked. He looked at my nametag again and saw my name. I told him my full name and that my father was pastor Garth from the E-Free Church. This really blew him away. It was then time for him to move on, "Have a beautiful day and God bless" were his last words.
I don't know if I will ever have the chance to talk to him again, but it's people like that, that make me smile and think, wow if someone can tell a total stranger to have a beautiful day and God bless, then why can't I? I want to be the person telling others to have an amazing day and remind them that God is with them no matter how crappy they may think there llife is. Those days at work when I felt like I was going to die and just didn't want to be there were awful, but I always new the day would get just a little better when I heard through the headset, "large double double and a carrot muffin." God works through mysterious ways, it's as if somehow God told him to go today at that specific time because there was something that needed to be said to someone who really needed a reminder to be blessed. God always knows when I need a pick-me-up and sends them at the right time, even if its through something as simple as the drive thru.

Decisions
Have you ever had to choose between two things and no matter which one you choose you're going to be missing out on something? Well for me it's having to choose between something that I know will be a life changing experience which will last 10 months, and I'm sure the rest of my life, and the other is something that is only 10 days but has already had a miraculous change in my life. It's hard to choose because both are amazing opportunities and I want to do both but I can only do one of them... unless I find a way to do both, which is possible but highly unlikely. I keep praying and praying and whichever I choose I know I will have made the right decision, but right now I just can't decide. *sigh* I miss the days when all I had to choose between was which colour cup I wanted my juice in.

Finally On My Way
Wow, I havn't been this excited in a long time! I'm finally listening to what God wants me to do. An opportunity arose for me to be a cabin leader at SABC this year and I am so very stoked for this! I was in the Teleios program 2 years ago and had an amazing time! Then last summer I ended up going to Bolivia for a missions trip with my church's youth. This summer will be amazing! Right now I can literally feel God pulling on my heart to go this summer! I know He has something absoluttely amazing for me there and I can't wait to find out what it is! I can't wait to see what God has in store for me next! I have an idea of what it may be, but for now thats my secret :). Only 2 months til it all starts and I can't wait!

Go, and I Will be With You
God revealed these verses to me, to prepare me for what He has planned for my future.
Job 8:7 - Where you began will seem unimportant, because your future will be so successful.
Exodus 4:12 - Now go! I will help you speak, and I will teach you what to say.
Phillipians 2:4 - Do not be interested only in your own life, but be interested in the lives of others.
Ephesians 3:20 - With God's power working in us, God can do much, much more than anything we can ask or imagine.
I recently just returned from a youth missions trip down to Santa Cruz, Bolivia. WOW! God is so amazing! Just to be able to have that experience and craving to do it again really proves God's power and majesty. Over the past year God has opened my eyes for missions. I have been down to Mexico twice and now Bolivia. I will never forget the experiences that I had. I hope to take these 4 verses and really apply them to my life. Not only in my home town, but where ever God leads me. My eyes, mind and heart have been opened to missions, I can't get enough of them, I just LOVE them! There is a reason God has shown me these verses and I intend to use them forever until I get to party up in Heaven with Jesus! =D I plan to make missions my life, but for now I will wait patiently for God's calling to show me where he needs me most.
